Chicken Ragu
- 1 lb ground chicken or chicken sausage
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg, tyhyme, sage, garlic salt, onion powder, onion flakes
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 2 minced garlic clves
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste mixed around
- cup of marsala wine
- 2 cups of beef stock
- 1 cup milk
- a few handfuls of spinach
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- handful of shredded parm/romano cheese
- olive oil
- cup of starch water
- brown chicken
- add seasoning and remaining ingredients up until noodles
- Cook all ingredients (before noodles) for 45 mins on low, covered
- cook noodles al dente and add to sauce
- add some starch water, noodles, olive oil and cheese and stir
